Daniel Vettori joined the likes of Ian Botham,Imran Khan and Kapil Dev to become the 8th man in the history of test cricket to achieve the double of 300 wickets and 3000 runs.Vettori acheived the feat during a test match against Sri Lanka yesterday.With over 3300 runs and 300 wickets in 94 tests,Vettori is undoubtably among the best allrounders in the world.
Meanwhile,Samaraweera scored a ton to take Sri Lanka close to 400.Mahela Jayawardena made 92,while Sangakkara made a notable contrubution of 50.
