Suprise package T&T beat Cape Cobras by 7 wickets

South Africa's Cape Cobras batted first in the Semifinal encounter making 175.Hershelle Gibbs finally showed some form by making a quickfire 42.Besides Gibbs,Jean Paul Duminy continued his good form in the tournament by making an unbeaten 61 off 40 balls.Regular fall of wickets restricted the Cobras to 175,though at a point of time they were looking good for much more.Dwayne Bravo was smashed all over the park by Gibbs and other batsmen as he went for 46 in his 3 overs. In reply,Trinidad and Tobago started positively making 58 in the first 6 overs.Every batsmen got a start, with opener Adrian Barath making a 16-ball 29.However,the 2 major contributors were the 2 most experienced batsmen of the side,Darren Ganga and Dwayne Bravo.Ganga made 44* off 31 balls, while Bravo smashed 58* off 34 balls with 3 massive sixes to take T&T to the finals.Hardly any bowler from the Cobras bowled well and hence,T&T easily won with 7 wickets in hand.
